Delivery terms

• Delivery is made in under 24 hours from the time the order and payment are confirmed.
• Delivery is within the State of Kuwait only.
• You must order products available in the Under 24 Hours section only, not from other sections.
• *Any products ordered from the Under 24 Hours section along with a product from other sections are subject to the normal delivery time of 2 to 3 days.
• Payment method: Only orders paid by KNET or Visa will be delivered.
• No additional fees apply for the Under 24 Hours delivery service—only the delivery fee, which is 2 KD.
• Delivery days: The Under 24 Hours service is available all week, except Friday as it is an official holiday.
• The Under 24 Hours service is subject to the site’s Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
