Returns Policy

1. Incorrect product (provided it has not been used, is in its original, undamaged packaging, and has all its labels and markings).

2. You have changed your mind or ordered a product by mistake, We will accept returns subject to the following conditions:

• The products must be in their original packaging as supplied by the seller (sealed and wrapped) and must not be damaged or in poor condition
• The packaging must be sealed and undamaged
• Maximum return period is 48 hours from the order creation date
• You can get a refund for the merchandise value, but shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the order value

* The amount will be refunded to your Otoraat.com account balance or to your credit card, after the products arrive and we inspect them.
